Use of artificial intelligence systems by corporations is increasing. This, of course, leads to a whole host of potential legal issues relating to every aspect of its use.
Although AI-specific legislation is trailing implementation of these systems, companies need to be concerned about how these AI systems could run afoul of existing laws and regulations.
My approach for the time being is to break down AI into each of its functional components, and then look at each function individually against existing laws and regulations.
